Drishyam - The Conclusion Review: A Perfect Cerebral Exercise to a Fascinating Story!

The grand finale to Ajay Devgn's iconic franchise arrives with Drishyam 3. Helmed once again by Abhishek Pathak, the original cast returns—this time joined by the formidable Jaideep Ahlawat. And when it comes to what follows, the less said, the better!

I am still searching for the words to capture its sheer brilliance. Jaideep Ahlawat is fiery and in peak form. While Ajay Devgn’s calculated calm grounds the narrative, Shriya Saran injects the screen with raw, desperate fire. Tabu, Rajat Kapoor, Prakash Raj, and the Salgaonkar daughters deliver uniformly outstanding turns. Director Abhishek Pathak takes his time in the opening act to lay the groundwork, but once set, the final two hours of this 2.5-hour runtime never loosen their grip. Devgn speaks sparingly, yet his silence speaks volumes—amplified by a relentless background score that refuses to let the tension drop for even a second.

Drishyam: The Conclusion delivers a soul-satisfying finale packed with relentless twists and a heart-pounding climax that kept me firmly on the edge of my seat. For two and a half hours, you completely surrender to Vijay Salgaonkar’s universe. Your mind races to anticipate his next move, only to be effortlessly outsmarted at every turn. Abhishek Pathak sidesteps the pitfalls of previous iterations, crafting that rare, brilliant sequel that arguably outshines both its predecessors.
